I have several of these audio Bible players. I know you can listen to audio Bible on your phone, but I prefer this audio player because it helps me listen to God’s word without all the other notifications and distractions on the phone.

My children (12 & 9 yrs old) wanted a technology gift such as an iPod but I wanted to avoid those sort of gifts, which open the door to "smart" phones. The God Pod is a great alternative - my kids are listening to the Bible and other Bible-based recordings available on the God Pod and they truly appreciate it. Both my husband and I have been saved for over 30 years now but they’re always something new to get from God’s Word. I downloaded the app on my phone and use it as a short Bible study along with my daily Bible reading. I have learned so much I bought my husband the solar Bible bus due to his vision problems.
Doesn’t matter if you’re a new Christian or an old one God can still teach you something. I bought the usb one for my son. Great Christmas gifts for anyone choosing to be closer to the lord.
